Class schedules for Yoga, Pilates and Barre
 We keep our classes small so that we may focus on you and get to know you and your needs therefore space is limited so please call to reserve your space today. 480-838-4968. BRING A FRIEND AND IT’S FREE for both of you.

 The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
Every  Tuesday 445pm
The art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout (not a therapy) when properly manifested. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.  It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.  Pilates’ allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

Yin/Restorative Yoga

Focuses on the slow, patient, opening of the fascial layer of the body through postures generally held for 3-5 minutes. This is a deeply meditative practice which releases tightness and increases flexibility and is a wonderful compliment to any other yoga practice or fitness routine. No prior yoga experience required.

Power yoga
A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow connecting breath to movement. This powerful, energetic, playful class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. Come ready to sweat!
All levels yoga 
Classic yoga poses are practiced with an emphasis on breath, alignment and with options for modifications. This class is tailored to the students in attendance and is appropriate for people brand new to yoga as well as those who have been practicing for some time.  All will leave with a deeper connection to self.
